Meet Amber Rouse
Founder & Principal
Amber Rouse is a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and a licensed real estate broker with deep roots in the local market. Real estate has been a constant in her life — she grew up working in the office of her stepfather at John Phillips & Associates, gaining early exposure to negotiations, contracts, and the rhythm of the industry long before launching her own brokerage.
Amber’s professional career began in tourism with the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, where she collaborated with local businesses and the tourism commission to promote the region and create meaningful experiences for visitors. She later spent 15 years in high-level sales roles with nationally recognized organizations, sharpening her negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and client advocacy.
Her path eventually led back to real estate full time, where she began acquiring and managing both long- and short-term rental properties across the Coast. Managing investment properties deepened her understanding of cash flow, operational systems, and long-term asset performance — while reinforcing her belief that real estate should serve both lifestyle and financial goals.
Today, as the founder of Coast Accommodation Group, Amber leads a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in residential sales, long-term rental management, and short-term investment properties. She works with families purchasing their primary homes, investors building portfolios, and property owners seeking professional management — all with the same disciplined strategy and hospitality-driven care.
Known for her clear communication, steady guidance, and strong local knowledge, Amber approaches every transaction with professionalism and purpose. Whether helping a buyer secure the right home or advising an investor on performance strategy, her focus is always the same: long-term value, thoughtful execution, and confident decision-making.
